We’re a couple of motorbike-riding, gym-loving, kid-wrangling maniacs who decided to swap muddy boots and spreadsheets for shaker bottles and online orders.

He’s a concreter by trade, gym junkie by passion and self-appointed BBQ king. She’s a stay-at-home mum turned admin weapon, HR boss lady and the real CEO of the house.

Together, we're raising three high-energy boys who are either doing backflips off the couch or stealing our pre-workout.

So, why start our own supplement brand?

Simple:

• We were sick of dodgy products with labels that sounded like a chemistry exam.
  
• He wanted off the tools and out of the mud (because concrete doesn't care if it's raining).
  
• She wanted more flexibility, less burnout, and maybe one hot coffee a week.
  
• And let’s be real... if our kids are going to climb the walls, we might as well have the energy to catch them.

We love training, camping, road-tripping, and helping everyday legends feel their best.. without the BS.
